About this Cut

The Australian Wagyu outside skirt steak is a fan favorite, and our #1 seller here at JPM. This steak comes from the diaphragm muscle of the cattle, and could not be packed with more flavor. Marinated or served with a sprinkle of salt, you cannot go wrong with this one. This long thin steak cooks in no time, and the delicate marbling guarantees a incredible taste that has no comparison. Cooking Method: Due to its richness and marbling, best cooked quickly over high heat. Can be marinated to enhance flavor. This cut served with our own JPM chimichurri sauce makes an excellent pairing.
