The spiciness comes from the addition of Chile peppers. A great choice for those who prefer a hotter sausage, without an overwhelming number of additional spices. Cooking Method: Can be cooked in a pan or grilled. Slice or leave whole, cooking until the outside is crispy and the fat has rendered.
