About this Sausage

A long thin Argentine style sausage similar to traditional chorizo. The main difference is its shape and cooking style. This sausage has great flavor and is perfect for breakfast, grilling, and sharing. The salchicha parrillera also pairs fantastically with our seasoned provoleta cheese. All our sausages are produced locally. This 1 pound package brings two sausages.

Cooking Method: Traditionally grilled over medium heat. Turn occasionally to cook evenly without bursting the casing.

Recommended Temperature: 160°F (71°C) to ensure it is cooked safely through.
