We offers a full Lamb Rack which can be cut into delicious Lamb Chops or roasted as a whole in the oven. Our American lamb is raised in Colorado from farms that dedicate themselves to raising superior quality meat and bred on the natural vegetation found in the Colorado mountains. This whole rack is perfect for large gatherings and dinner parties.
Cooking Method: Season and roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (204°C), or sear then roast until just pink inside. You can also slice it into lamb chops to sear them individually and finish in the oven.
Recommended Temperature: 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
